Business development along with ecosystem improvement


Within the “Livestock and Pasture Development Project-II” implementation, 210 bee-families with the necessary equipment such as extractor, flagon, sugar, working clothes, fumigator, beekeeping knife, chisel, sieve, wax, wire and scraper-blade have been distributed for Women Income Generating Groups of Kuli Sufiyon, Bobotupkhona and Talkhobi villages, Oksu jamoat of Dangara district.

            By being involved in bee-keeping activity the living condition of 21 poor households gets improved thus making a contribution to the development of bee-keeping sphere and marketing its product in district level.

            On the other hand, bee-keeping is essential to pollination of fruit trees, bushes and crops, vegetables, pasture lands and mountainous areas that are very helpful for ecosystem improvement.
